Selda Seyfi is the founder of ProcessThink, a consultancy that helps businesses focus on what they do best whilst enabling them to solve complex business challenges. Selda regularly writes for Hatch on the subjects of collaboration, the future of work and agile working practices, and for Lean Robotics on the challenges and solutions of implementing Robotic Process Automation.

Before devoting her work fulltime to ProcessThink, Selda was a big 4 consultant and worked with several Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, including Adobe, AT&T, BP, Centrica, National Grid and NetApp, amongst others. She coaches leaders in how to apply lean principles to both themselves and their processes and how to successfully collaborate across different geographies, functions and businesses to achieve lasting transformational change.

Selda also advises on operational management best practices for the high quality wine producer Chateau St. Hilarion winery in Cyprus. In her free time, Selda is a dab hand with the kitchen knife, enjoys travelling to unusual locations and likes following home workouts on YouTube. Selda lives in London with her husband and son.
